The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following            
at the request of Representative Therriault, Co-chair:                         
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 87                                                             
"An Act relating to fines and bail forfeiture amounts for certain             
offenses committed within highway work zones."                                 
                                                                               
HB 87 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the               
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
